    The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency is warning that a very low level (0.6 per cent) of contamination with over-sulphated chondroitin sulphate has been identified in the active raw material used in the manufacture of 31 batches of Multiparin and Monoparin heparin sodium injections in CP Pharmaceuticals and some unbranded Wockhardt UK livery.

I’m lactose intolerant and the doctor told me that the tablets may contain lactose. He told me to talk to my pharmacist about finding an alternative tablet that does not contain lactose.
